By using any of Masarat Solutions’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Your continued use of our services constitutes explicit and final acceptance of all the terms listed.
Definition of Services
Our services include: company formation and commercial representation, business development, organizational structure preparation, internal systems development, accounting, financial, and legal support, human resources management, digital transformation, customer relationship management, corporate governance, and other services related to supporting entrepreneurs and businesses.
Registration and Service Request
The client is obligated to provide true and accurate information when requesting any service.
Masarat reserves the right to accept or reject any request without providing reasons.
Implementation Duration
The duration of each service varies according to its type and requirements and is explained to the client upon signing the agreement.
The company is not responsible for any delays resulting from incomplete documents or delayed responses from the client or third parties.
Payment and Costs
The service fee must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before implementation begins.
Any additional fees or modifications will be notified to the customer prior to implementation and will be added to the final cost.
Service Cancellation and Refunds
The customer may cancel the service within 48 hours of submitting the request unless implementation has commenced.
Once implementation has commenced, the cost of the completed service will be calculated and deducted from the amount paid. Payments for completed or non-cancellable services will not be refunded.
Confidentiality of Information
Masarat is committed to maintaining the complete confidentiality of customer data and information provided within the scope of the service.
Data will not be shared with any third party except with the customer’s written authorization or pursuant to a court order.
Customer Obligations
Provide all required information and documents in a complete and timely manner.
Continuous cooperation throughout the implementation phases and respond to inquiries promptly.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom when implementing the service.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, manuals, and models provided by Masarat within the services are the exclusive property of Masarat and may not be reused or published without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from factors beyond its control, such as system failures of official entities or emergency incidents.
The Company shall not be liable for results based on customer decisions based on incomplete advice or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Amendments
Masarat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
The updated version will be published on the official website, and the customer’s continued use of the Service constitutes implicit acceptance of the amendment.

We are committed to applying the highest standards of security and privacy to protect customer data.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any legal disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the city of Jeddah.
